"I'd call this place near perfect, listen, rent a bike via this hotel and go to the Rijsenhour area 30 min ride away. It's mind blowingly nice haha. I didn't expect that would be the most lovely experience of my whole trip."

"Rotterdam was just a one night stop before our flight back home and we loved it and this hotel made the difference. Super friendly and helpful staff, super comfy bed, great food nearby. And the next day they stored our luggage since our flight was not until 10pm. Will definitely be back and will look for other CitizenM in other cities i visit!"

"If you want to visit the city itself it is quite a drive. Sadly the hotel does not provide any to go cups at all which is quite strange. Like many hotels in Europe the breakfast is overpriced so we opted out cause it is not worth paying 25 Euros per person. Even kids do not eat for free so 7 Euros per child, I have 4 and 6 year old and they would never eat 7 Euros worth of breakfast. Parking is overpricing on the premises of the hotel 20 Euros per night so quite steep, for two days we paid 40 Euros an unexpected expense. Coffee in the room is good but no real creamer so just the dry stuff which is horrible especially for the hotel this level. If you want to go to the North Sea the hotel does not provide the beach towels, which was somewhat of a surprise to us since it is just a twenty-minute drive. We presumed that the people who stay at this hotel come not just to see the city but go to the beach as well."
