"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! "The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, the beds a little soft for me but thats personal preference. The breakfast was good. The hotel is within walking distance of the train stations which was excellent. "
