"The apartment is fine - spacious and in reasonably good shape, though the house it's located in is poorly maintained, with tons of trash in the yard. It's not a very nice part of Elmwood Ave - fine during the day, but there was a very loud fight in the street one night, and plenty of troubled people on the street.
