BEST HOTEL IN AMSTRDAM

The hotel was beautiful and the pictures on the site are spot on with what you get. The staff are exceptionally nice and informative about the area.

My bf and I had an AMAZING stay here! We booked a penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. Great panoramic views of the city, walkable to the Overamstel station, great amenities and great room. Only downside is it is about a 20min train ride to the central area of town so we’ll likely stay closer next time but for a luxury stay, we would highly recommend.

Top notch in all areas of a stay in Amsterdam. Had a corner room with glass on both walls. Just a great feel and elegance to stay. Would have given 6 stars if an option. Can walk to Musueum district. Loads of bike paths. Breakfast buffet quality is a whole new level. Like being between airport and city center.

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

This was a very lovely hotel within an easy walk of the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was up to date and clean.

I have stayed in several different hotels in Amsterdam. This is the best hotel for the average person -- noting I am sure there are some nicer hotels that would cost $400 a night. This hotel is perfectly located between the Museum Quarter, the old section, next to Rembrandt Square, very close to the mile long walking mall, near other great shopping streets. Walking distance to the Jordaan district which is my favorite area. The hotel provides first rate breakfasts that spare no expense. ...

Hotel Estherea is a beautiful place, with a fabulous location, great staff, clean, breakfast is great and the cookies,flavored waters and coffee machine are over the top. There are fresh flowers, gorgeous chandeliers and very comfortable sitting areas. It was a real treat and I would go back in a minute.

Very nice hotel, close to airport, clean. My only complaint is my booking included the breakfast buffet but we were charged for it ($28 apiece). That’s not good customer service.

taking a cab from Centraal station, the cab driver could not find the hotel, when it was really in front of his nose. Once I got there, the experience was great. I was concerned about the distance from the center of the city, but there's a tram that stops right in front of the hotel that takes you right to the center of things. Really the perfect hotel for the museum tour, in easy walking distance to all of them. The canal is lovely and quiet, tons of busy restaurants in a 4-5 block radius, lively night-life, friendly, busy, fun. Lobby recently renovated and very enjoyable with a view of the canal -- the breakfast service is superlative. What's not to love? If you stay, book a panoramic room, you won't be disappointed.

Great place overall, with everything you need. Location is not bad, but a little bit far and a little impractical if you're planning to use public transport.
