"We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount! Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time...

Der var en klokke, man kunne ringe på, men der kom aldrig nogen, så vi forlod stedet og fandt et andet i nærheden, Hotel-Restaurant St. Hubertusjagt, med en super service. Så alle bedømmelser af Weißes Roß ligger i midten, da vi ikke kan udtale os om hotellets standard inden døre. Der var klistret en seddel op i vinduet, at restauranten var lukket. "The hotel is conveniently located within walking distances of city center. Vibrant town with shopping and dinning close. Tourist information was available in the lobby. Language barrier upon checking in making it a challenge to get checked in. The automated check in, emails, reception all in German. Be patient during you stay if using translation apps. We were able to get by without any major issues. The breakfast in the morning is worth the extra charge. Nice setting and convenient so you don’t have to leave the hotel. Overall, our stay was pleasant and would recommend this location. "
