"Very disappointed with this hotel on your site it looked lovely , until we actually arrived at the hotel .
We had 2 rooms a double room and a family room . The double room
Ground for with a small kitchen & dinning table , backdoor glazed for going on to a small patio , with a footpath going past it ,next to the bed . No nets or no blinds on the window or doors. So if you want to get changed had to close the curtains .
Kettle all the plastic on the handle was broken & all wires sticking out .

"Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights."
"Really nice building, only used the room so can’t comment on food/bar etc but staff were very nice and super efficient. Room was very nice, if a little small. Next time I shall take one of the larger ones."
"Lovely hotel, 6 min walk from train station, supermarket across street, 5 min walk to promenade and shopping street. A lot cheaper staying out here than Bruges and only an 11 min train ride to Bruges at 2.50 euro each way. Definitely recommend a stay here."
