"The place is nice and clean. The direction to get in the condo and the communication with the host is good. The kitchen is fully stacked, just bring your own salt/pepper if you plan to cook. The entry to Jacob's well next to the condo is closed, so we ended up still have to drive to enter Jacob's well park. However the location of the condo is convenient, we can get to places with short drive. One last thing is we got a flat tire during our stay and suspect it is because the nails in the parking...

"Only 3 towels for 9 people. Only one roll of paper towels. Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Big kitchen but only 2 burner stove. Limited kitchen utensils. Great location though. Beautiful view. "

"We were looking for a cozy, convenient retreat near downtown Wimberley. Beer Ranch Project Inn was the perfect place, allowing a short stroll to downtown and a relaxing, private studio awaiting us when we returned. We stayed in Studio 3, which is so roomy and completely updated with charming decor. The bed is amazingly comfortable and the bathroom is huge with a separate shower and bathtub. Parking is steps away from the private entrance. A great find and we will definitely be back!"
