"Extremely clean, well appointed room & very friendly staff. It was nice to have a fridge & microwave in the room. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know about the extra fee for using a credit card. I think it was 3.95%. It seems that more & more businesses are doing this these days. In my opinion it is a cost of doing business & the customer shouldn’t have to pay for it. How are you supposed to pay a hotel stay without a credit card? You can’t carry that much cash on vacation. "

"The owners here are very kind and helpful, the place itself is very charming. Temperature wise it gets pretty uncomfortable and muggy. I did find trash (an empty water bottle) under the bed from a previous stay - just feels like something you’d notice if housekeeping actually looked under there when cleaning between stays. Also very obvious black moldy substance inside the mini-fridge in room 6 that’s clearly been there a while."

"Not to miss sunsets and sunrises in the valley that you only find when camping here! And being a dark sky park allows the stars to dazzle you at night. Great accommodations and location. The staff is super nice. Only downside is how close the tents are. We came on a holiday weekend and the place was full. Lots and lots of kids running screaming, which made it not so restful for us quiet types. But all of the views made up for the bad people experience."

"I should have read the description more carefully. I’ve never stayed in a bed and breakfast before. Gaylene was lovely and very welcoming. But having a common room was unexpected for me. I wanted to watch a little tv but wasn’t comfortable going downstairs to the “living room” and there’s no tv in the rooms. But still a lovely place. "
