There is a house next door very close to the cabin the neighbors were very nice but when sitting on the back porch / back yard they were very close so if your looking to be totally secluded its not but again neighbors were great and rive was beautiful. "Booked this property for a long weekend with family. Everything was just as description and photos showed. Weather wasn’t the greatest but the boats the firewood and fire pit the hot tub and fireplace made up for it. We wanted a place to just get away and relax and this place really came through. The guard directed us to the HOA welcome center. After waiting in a long line there, we we were told this property is not approved for short-term rentals.
