"We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area."

"We were delighted with the fact that the E Line of the mud system was within sight of the house. It got us to downtown very quickly and inexpensively, especially since we got bonus points for being new to the Transit system. We used the app constantly and found it easy to negotiate. We really enjoyed visiting the boat locks and talking to a friendly worker, Pikes Place Market (of course) and the Klondike Museum in the Pioneer Square area. And the flowers in the neighborhood yards!"

"Cozy studio with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and we grilled one evening. Outdoor seating and blankets if needed, but the view was enjoyed from inside as well. Binoculars in the unit to take a closer look at the boats and birds. Managing the bathroom fan (motion sensor) took a little getting used to. Great communication with Dale. As I booked this hotel on a whim of the reviews and the price, wasn’t terrible for 4 nights we definitely felt welcomed and thankful for this hotel in Renton, plus when we got there they had fresh baked cookies and they had them everyday!
