"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The building is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. The owner, Jean Pierre is a real character! He has built the property with his own hands & has done an incredible job. The area is beyond beautiful, absolutely spotless clean & nearby some beautiful locations. The owners are some of the friendliest, warmest hosts I have ever came across. They went above and beyond to ensure we were settled and happy with our stay. They even fixed a couple of bikes for us...

"Muy sucio el acceso pésimo, el departamento bonito pero no hay limpieza suficiente, el techo tenía moho y el baño era de tina que es difícil el acceso, en general le falta mucho más limpieza y atención en detalles de limpieza. Sobre todo el acceso al departamento demasiado sucio e incómodo daba muy mala impresión la entrada"

"Ideal location in the centre of Saumur close to shops and restaurants, just under the Saumur castle. The hosts provide a breakfast option which is a nice addition. The appartment is well-furnished and comfortable."

"Location, location, location! Very old part of the city and some areas around are not in good shape! The apartment does not have internet but is otherwise well equipped. The view of the Loire out the front windows is lovely. Nice to watch the boats go by. If elderly with lots of luggage, this apartment is not for you! Very old narrow winding staircase to the apartment on the top floor! The proprietor is lovely and very helpful!!!"

"L'appartement est propre mais il est particulièrement étroit et exigu. Impossibilité de se croiser dans l'appartement!!!Conviendrait mieux à une personne seule.La salle de douche dispose d'une porte en partie vitrée (floutée) qui donne sur la terrasse du deuxième appartement en location. Lorsque ses occupants profitent de leur terrasse, nous avons l'impression qu'ils sont avec nous dans la douche et aux toilettes. C'est assez gênant!!!"

"Cadre idyllique, dépaysement assuré. Nous avons passé un séjour au calme chez Sylvie. Piscine idéale pour se détendre et se rafraîchir : transat, parasol ou repos au frais sous les arbres.. tout est possible. Le studio est agréablement décoré et bien équipé pour un court séjour. L'extérieur est partagé avec plusieurs locataires mais chacun a ses espace privé. La Loire est à 2 pas et tous les commerces à environ 5 km. Nous recommandons et reviendrons probablement. Nadia "
