"The hotel seemed tastefully decorated with a cool vibe - but it somehow seemed dated and worn down (lots of dings and chips on painted trim, doorways) When we arrived the check-in area was not staffed - they had a make shift check in area in the basement at the bar (which gave the bar a not so friendly vibe) Our room had a makeshift air conditioner unit (the type in the room, on wheels, with the large silver, expandable tube going out the window) it looked bad, and didn’t even work. The room was very hot and stuffy. We only stayed one night / and I did mention at check out : I was given coupons to use at later date: but no offer to alter room rate bc it had been charged thru Expedia"
