"Stunning location on the edge of the lake and so peaceful. The lodge which includes reception, bar and restaurant is warm, welcoming and has a great vibe. The accommodation cabins are beautifully laid out around the edge of the lake and the real fires are a lovely touch. We stayed one night the end of April so it was quieter than peak season, once the day visitors arrived peace was shattered somewhat although they tend not to wander through the lodge complex. The rooms are rustic which fits with the setting but would benefit from some investment, they're looking a bit tired and when the heating kicks in, its pretty noisy. Overall an adylic stay and we would return and recommend. "
