"This hotel is such a convenient location to the National Mall. It is in a safe area, around GWU, so that was important traveling as a single mother with a child. The location is also very close to the Metro so you can leave your car behind. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only drawback is parking, but that’s standard in any hotel in a major city. The kitchenette in the room is a major plus. Saved a few meals and allowed for more souvenirs. There is a market less than 1/2 mile away so you can easily cook one or two meals in the room, all if you’re so inclined. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Location was perfect for attending a concert at the Anthem. The hotel was nice and room was well kept. We did get there after 4 with possible check-in time of 3 and were told our room wasn't ready. But our wait to get in was short. Staff was my pleasant and kind."
