"Honestly, a really dope place to stay. They offer $60 garage parking a night (you can come and go as you please)! The bar is open very late and the drinks are STRONG. The staff were very nice and we had new towels almost every night. You can text staff for help at anytime of the night, which is very convenient! Overall a 10/10. Will visit again."

"This is the second time that we’ve stayed at a Hyatt property and this is the second time we’ve been thoroughly impressed by the staff and property. Super friendly and super helpful staff. We love the cleanliness and vibes of the property itself. Valet was waaaaay too expensive though."

"Great staff! It was Sunday so rooftop closed at 4! Shower was warm not hot! Loved being close to downtown! I will stay again! $55 parking across the street! Ouch!"

"The property was well maintained, however, the elevator floors were pretty dirty and the carpet in the hallways could have stood to be vacuumed once the rooms were done. Also if there are 4 persons staying in a room, be sure to I think we enjoyed breakfast each day out of everything."

"One of the nicest experience, from the moment we walked in the staff was amazing. With not just us but everyone around us. They all made us feel like we were important. The cleanliness is what was not great, they cleaned but there were stains on our sheets and no fan in the bathroom. But they were so nice in putting my sons toys on his bed and cleaning the trash each day. I would highly recommend due to the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. You truly felt taken care of. Great location and great people !"

"My flight was unexpectedly cancelled late at night so I booked a room through Expedia. The shuttle service was amazing! My room was comfortable and the staff were so kind after a rough day of delays. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Philly! Unfortunately, no free continental breakfast (the only drawback)."
