"The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move! The room was spacious but what’s the point! It was hot with limited windows to open because of H&S but I had to prop one open with a spoon as the restrictor was broken. Only one set of towels despite the booking being for 2 people. The location is heart of city centre which was perfect except for noise until 3am...

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. "Good location very clean comfortable but basic. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wouldn't work for anyone with mobility issues. I think being on the top floor meant it was quiet and no real road traffic noise. The property is on a busy main road. Parking is available but tight if you end up at the far end. Room was warm beds comfortable and bedding good."
