"We chose this “chic apartment” over a terraced cottage that was 50% cheaper as we thought it was Christmas and we deserved a bit of luxury. We arrived after an 8 hour drive to a terraced house in a poor area. All the bedding and towels were of the poorest quality I had ever seen. The beds were full of hair, pubic and otherwise.
