Clean, very friendly & helpful staff, good selection for breakfast (fry up, cereal, fruit etc) inc coffee machine (latte/cappuccino etc), parking was ideal, literally on the doorstep of the hotel. Only a short walk to Blackpool tower, very well located for winter gardens which is just over the back. Would stay here again.

I've stayed here once before and it's a consistently good budget hotel. The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent. The breakfast is great. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Blackpool, this os definitely one to consider.

Great little hotel must stay

Was a grwat little hotel and the owners where great hosts and helped us with everything. The bed was really comfy and the rooms and everything was perfect imcluding the breakfast is all you can eat buffet thank you we will stay again

Excellent breakfast buffet everything you could want. The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. On site parking is a big plus and the location is excellent. The slight minus is the rooms are beginning to look a bit tired and could do with a refresh, but that is a tiny minus against a lot of pluses.

This hotel was great. One and a half blocks from Winter Garden. Staff was excellent and very helpul. Safe area. Clean room. I will book a room next year for for Blackpool Convention I cant say enough positive things about this hotel.

Great choice

Great place to stay. Very nice and friendly couple running the hotel. Clean room and bathroom, daily housekeeping. Not far from the train and tram station, close to main tourist attractions.

Small room but had everything necessary inc kettle etc & was very comfortable. Sheet provided on request ( standard duvet too much in hot weather) . Breakfast had a set time of between 8:30 and 9:30 - perfectly acceptable- and was really good : cereals, juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries and hot self- serve eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, baked beans, hash browns and black pudding. Decent coffee machine and 'rolling' toaster. Young proprietors charming and I hope the business thrives.

The owners are a fantastic couple that went above and beyond made us feel welcome from the start it was our 10th wedding anniversary while we were there and after coming back to the room to freshen up they had put a banner up wishing us happy anniversary a bottle of prosecco and a box of chocolates (expensive one at that ) food was absolutely fantastic and cooked to perfection i cant wait to come vack very soon

We booked a last minute stay on the Saturday morning as a family, we booked 2 family rooms. Host was amazing, so friendly and helpful even offering us umbrellas for the rain! We all said if we were to return to Blackpool we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again purely for the host!

Easy check in, nice ,clean, warm en -suite room. Excellent buffet style breakfast with large choice, hot food well cooked and plenty of it. The hosts are great, helpful, friendly, always on the go. Bar area again spotless with great variety and not at all expensive. Stayed in many places in blackpool and this is right up there with the best. Already planning a return

clean room,handily located.never saw a member of staff after checking in til leaving 3 days later,but had no issues.only slight negative would be size of the shower,quite small.but no complaints really,would stay here again.

The location was good. A 5 minute walk from the seafront. We stayed in a family room which consisted of 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The room was quite clean, comfortable bed, but a bit cramped. Good shower and Tea and Coffee facilities. Onlu real negative was that the room was like a sauna and too hot, other than that a nice little hotel and we would visit again.
