We stayed at Kyah hotel for 2 nights. Check in and check out was super easy with keyless entry. Staff were lovely and available for questions if you needed them. The hotel looked great. I loved the decor. The onsite chickens were cute. We didn't use the basketball court, hot tub or bikes during our stay but we will next time as they looked great. Breakfast was a great spread and great to be included. Definitely would stay again.

Loved my stay! It’s such a unique, boutique hotel. We loved the hot tub especially and the sauna was great too. The bed was comfy and the cocktails delicious. Such a lovely experience. The staff were so friendly too. We will both be coming back again and telling everyone.

Nice and close to the main attractions of the Blue Mountains. Easy parking. Free breakfast was good but limited options. No cereal or warm breakfast. Cold eggs and ham.

My wife and I were very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. We returned to our room on one occasion and it hadn't been made up. The staff quickly attended to it and then went out of their way to locate us and inform us that the room was ready, exceptional. The young cocktail maker never stopped the entire time we dined there and he maintained a pleasant attitude throughout making our night a delight.

Loved the easy access to the hot tub and enjoyed exploring the kitchen gardens and even saw the Chef go and pick some produce before dinner. Really enjoyed the restaurant and the location is fab. A great stay!

the only issue was there was a puppy left alone in the room beside us for hours on end crying and barking, when we came back from dinner the poor thing was still crying. We tried to call reception but it was on a constant loop so had to go back over to the restaurant to report it. Also, on the Friday night someone tried to get in our door which was frightening. Loved the design and grounds though and restaurant and breaky. Staff were also great.

Property has been renovated nicely but needs to do something about the lighting in rooms. Rooms are very dark making it hard to read etc. Also bed was very soft and comfortable but bottom sheet was too small and kept slipping up , ended up sleeping with feet directly on mattress. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Good location.

Great motel for families! There was a tennis and basketball court. There is also a hot tub for private use but it requires a booking and it’s free! The rooms were also very spacious and warm. The bed was also big and soft!
