The location strikes the perfect balance—peaceful, yet within easy reach of Keswick town and the surrounding fells. A special mention must go to Michael and Adam, who were courteous, welcoming, and genuinely keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From great local tips to thoughtful little touches, their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The breakfast was simply outstanding—fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and memorable Lake District escape."

"I booked a double bedded room with a trundle bed (for a child), but there was no such bed in the room allocated me. This was sorted out while we ordered dinner and we were moved to a different (better) room. Very friendly staff and great food evening and breakfast."
