Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber ā ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if youāre okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

"Would like to commend the wonderful employees at the Hotel International Casino for their genuine hospitality, especially Egor from the front desk. Upon entering the hotel he welcomed us with a welcoming friendly hello and his knowledge and fluency in English was absolutely amazing! Egor jknows how to connect with guests and is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a friendly smile. He truly loves his job! A true asset to the hotel and he should definitely be in top management and train those lacking customer service/hospitality skills. All the bellman were very helpful and friendly. They should be commended for their hard work. The young ladies and gentlemen at the lobby cafe are the best! The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! "
"Great location next to the Sea Gardens and the Main Street for Bars and Restaurants . Hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the main bus terminal. Staff are friendly and polite. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel after a 2 night stay. "

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - itās close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - itās amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent.
The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so itās a bit chill in June. "
"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
