"Very beautiful small flat, Ideal for a couple planning to visit Halifax. We attended a wedding in the city so we also had a friend staying with us on the sofa bed. Flat was squeaky clean and the layout was thought through. "This rental provides a private, well located place for a short term visit. Access to the unit is by stairs to the back of the main house located on a hill with a lovely water view. The kitchen facilities are somewhat limited but adequate, especially for those out sightseeing most of the time. "We arrived at the property and entering the building and getting into the suite was easy and simple with the locking system they use so he was comfortable cozy and most of the standard amenities that you need couple small issues with the bathroom but the manager was very prompt and responding and should have it cleaned up and fixed for the next guest overall very good State great location and good accommodations"

"The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. "
