"We had a bit of confusion over the 3rd bedroom. It’s really only 2 bedrooms and a futon in a 3rd room. The addition of a featherbed helped some. The pool situation was a bit awkward because it is adjacent to the main house but the weather wasn’t very good so we didn’t mind. It was very clean and the host was friendly and helpful."

"Amazing location in the heart of Winter Park. Close to everything and being located on the river is amazing. This home was perfect for our family of 4. "It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand."

"I had just moved to boulder and needed a place to stay long term till i found a house. The hosts were amazing, the place is well appointed and beautifully done, you have access to a work area in another cottage and space in the garage for your car, you have your own driveway and private walk to the cottage. The property is amazing and real close to trails near mt sanitas and wonderland lake or you can stroll down 4th to pearl and enjoy the shops and things. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there...

"The property manager was really nice and easy to get ahold of. The kitchen didn’t have very many cooking utensils to use. There also wasn’t much drawer space for your items. The location was 10-15 minutes from the center of downtown Denver and was also near a lake. Overall a pretty good stay!"

"This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog! We loved it. Beds were very comfortable, house was well-maintained and stocked. I really loved that there was only one TV which was in the main family room. I always bring our own food and cook when we go on trips to get away. Kitchen was great; loved the picnic table positioned in the extended room facing the glass sliding door. We spotted a handsome fox in the yard while eating dinner. We enjoyed seeing deer and a moose strolling/grazing...
