"Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). "We have stayed at this motel several times. Whenever we are in Montrose, CO, this motel is where we stay. The grounds are always clean. The rooms and facilities are always clean. The motel is located near the downtown part of town, and close to medical facilities, which I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar is always good and provides a wide selection of breakfast items. Everything is good at this location."

"Breakfast was amazing!!! The room was clean. The only thing missing was a bath mat. Not really a big deal I’m just used to it."
