"Unfortunately this was my first time using VRBO. I don’t even know where to begin. Check in was fairly simple. Upon entering unit your are hit with a potent cigar smell with candles burning to cover up how strong the smell is. After unloading our stuff we decided to make dinner. Absolutely no pots, pans, silverware etc. Condo was filthy. Had to rewash all blankets and covers before sleeping on bed. Had to sweep and clean floors and wipe down countertops as they were completely filthy. Owner left...

"Upon check in noticed that every picture on the multiple listings from this property manager shows King beds and an oven. Yes- he has a description that states the resort puts you in any room they want. And that the pictures are a blend of all units- which is a lie. He offered no help or explanation other than sending me the same blurb from the listing three times. Definitely the worst experience I have had with any property manager"
