"Great location. Within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and the popular mall. We booked this hotel after reading some reviews especially about Pumi the welcoming host and go to person. Pumi certainly lived up to that positive review I read. She was awesome, very professional and took care of all our needs. We stayed for 11 nights. She was accurate with her professionalism and taking care of our needs. The only reason for not full star on other reviews is the tables, for a luxury apartment which we used to, the tables need replacing or refurbished. The first apartment we were at was not properly cleaned by the house keeper. Pumi wanted to make sure that our business trip there was not going to be affected and moved us to the 5th floor with Eunice being out fabulous and awesome house keeper. She's definitely for keeps! Definitely won't be back there in 10 months of Pumi and Eunice are not there. They made our stay memorable and pleasant. Hope the tables will be replaced by then as well. We know luxury, the tables, definitely not. Vicky"
