"We stayed for one night, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom was quite small, with limited space to store toiletries and other amenities. The only place to hang towels was on a rail directly above the toilet, which felt somewhat unhygienic and could be improved. Our room was located in the basement, and since there was no elevator, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs was somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast buffet offered a reasonable variety of food options."

"The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accessibility to the slopes was convenient. The internet did go out while I was there, and there were minimal offers to help mitigate my troubles with that. I did not have Swish, which was the only payment accepted. They wouldn't even take cash. In this event, it would be nice to have some things offered free of charge or have the ability to pay with cash. I was not even able to eat lunch one day."
