"The Hostel is surprisingly really clean, it was my first time in a dormitory hostel so I didn’t know what to expect. The beds and sheets where comfortable and the shared bathrooms were clean, showers pretty spacious too! But the deal breaker is the staff, simply super friendly, available to help you in your issues, and the fact that they have these organized events to have fun with other people while roaming around pubs is what makes it also the perfect place to stay for a solo trip. "I booked a women’s dorm. Due to a glitch in their end, they had me reserved for a mixed dorm, and the women’s dorm was all booked up so they couldn’t get me in there. Normally when something like this happens in an indie hostel you’re screwed. But instead, they upgraded me to their nicest private room! What great customer service! The room was fantastic and the people were great, central location, hopping bar—can’t complain!"

"I reached late night they never opened the door despite knocking for 30 minutes, It was cold freezing and raining, I almost died as this was isolated place and walking to any other hotel was very hard, I lost all my booking money and found a nic hotel at 2 am, all time horrible hotel experience."
