"The check in is difficult. As a frequent traveller I’m not in the habit of checking in before getting the the hotel and not a fan of fumbling with my passport in the street to check in. Even a little lounge area to do this before the main door would be useful"

"Very simple hotel but central and easy to find from the train station. The o ly think I didn't like wete the pillows but that's just me. If you are a light sleeper then don't get a room at the front of the hotel as it is right next to a tram stop and it can sound like a thunderstorm! I personally didn't mind it."
