Some management training issues here.
"Food was very good and service was also very good as you would expect. The air conditioning in our room was not working. We were not advised this when we booked in. The jacuzzi was also not working. Given that we do not speak Turkish and the staff did not speak English, it was difficult to communicate and the personnel at the hotel did their best."
