Aircon in the second floor, where the other bedrooms were was working perfectly well. Overall the villa was great and accommodated all of us 7 adults! "Fantastic villa in Polignano a mare. Our host Umberto met us there and gave us a full tour of the property explaining anything we needed to know. The villa easily accommodated 5 adults and was very spacious with full amenities. Beautiful gardens also. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone interested in staying in the area. "We had a wonderful short stay. Rita was very kind and helpful! The beds were comfortable and the house was lovely. The kitchen is quite small, so if you are planning to do a lot of cooking, it wouldn't be easy... but we were not there to cook! Overall a great experience. Thank you!!"

"We stayed for a week here at this beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and well maintained as is the surrounding property. There are many amenities (pool, tennis, table tennis, basketball) to enjoy plus a couple of nice areas to sit outside and eat or enjoy the evening. "Nice jacuzzi and a perfectly equipped and nicely decorated house. Good air condition, satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbeque grill, beautiful garden, for us it was really a dream. The owner helped us within 20min when we had a problem with the door and fixed it. He gave us a lot of good advices where to go for good restaurants or scienic trips."

"This was beautiful Villa remodeling 10yrs ago….. now in need of updating!!! Its electrical service is too small run all its amenities….the main circuit breaker tripped 3x’s during our stay! Furniture is all from IKEA and falling apart! Not what you would expect from a Villa of this quality. Owners are in denial of all the updates needed. Caused lots of stress during our vacation. VRBO also did not respond back! We booked a hotel for the second part of our trip"

"Great property with generous sized accommodation. Terrific outdoor spaces, in particular, and the whole place being spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with Theresa who left a selection of lovely goodies for us. The only slight negative about the property is that it is about 3km outside Conversano on a relatively busy road so it’s not possible to walk into town. Nothing that Theresa can do about that! "

"Location was great. Property condition not so good as water damaged floor that felt unsafe to walk on, bath leaking, door near bed wouldn’t close, no wifi at all and we had a mattress topper as our doona/quilt which was so uncomfortable that we took it out and had just the cover on us to sleep so it got cold. Manager’s not great and nothing was fixed while we were there. Had to sit at the front door to access the restaurant’s wifi. "
