"The hotel staff were very miserable and only spoke to us when they had to. The food was ok. We paid for all inclusive which was a joke, the drinks were very limited and served in small plastic cups. There wasn’t any snacks or ice cream. There was only one kind of beer and the wine was disgusting, all other alcoholic drinks had to be paid for. "Hotel was under the new management and construction was still going on. When it is done it will be a top 5 start hotel to go to in Bitez next to the beach. Unfortunately lots of things were happening, we did not want to waste our 4 days stay dealing with those areas. However we will definitely go there coming years. "
