"Advertised as a Bed and Breakfast, we arrived to discover that the host wasn't serving breakfast in Low Season. He then argued further and told us that we were getting a good deal, although my husband showed him other hotels for less that included breakfast. The parking area was littered with garbage the bathroom had black mold in the shower and behind the sink and toilet walls. None of the blinds were operational. There was only enough hot water for 1/2 a shower. The WIFI wouldn't connect and...

"Konaklamam ne yazık ki oldukça stresli geçti. Sabah erken saatte feribota yetişmem gerekiyordu fakat saat 07:30’da otelin kapısı hâlâ kilitliydi. Resepsiyonda kimse yoktu ve defalarca sabit ve cep telefonlarını aramama rağmen ulaşamadım. Küçük ve olanakları oldukça kısıtlı bir odada kaldım. Feribotu kaçırmak üzereyken son anda bir çalışan uyandı ve panikle iskeleye koştum. Bu durum beni çok zor durumda bıraktı. Otelin misafirlerin sabah planlarını dikkate alarak daha organize ve ulaşılabilir...

"Great stay at Glitz. Owner and staff are amazing, super friendly and very attentive. The owner speaks very good English. Rooms are spacious, clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. The deluxe room with the balcony is very nice and we were upgraded by the owner for our 2-night stay. The included breakfast is the best we had in all of Turkey. It is generous and delicious, like a new take on a Turkish breakfast with multiple little dishes, but upgraded to almost fine dining with fresh and good...

"Arrived the hotel and was told that there was either no booking received from Hotels.com or it was already cancelled but I wasn't notified before. Could only stay one night as it was already fully booked for the other night. I had to pack again and look for a hotel around the next day. Not sure whose fault it is however it was so frustrating. "
