Good value for money…comfortable and cosy.

Comfortable room in quiet surroundings with all you need. Very cosy restaurant….had a good evening meal and an excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking. Would recommend and would stay again.

Nice cosy and modern hotel and restaurant

Nice hotel on our way back from Denmark. Nice, cisy and modern restaurant with many choices and combinations, ofcourse at a price. They have new renovated rooms and old rooms, which are still Ok, except for the bad pillows.

The hotel is beautiful on the surface, where the room is renovated, and parking is great. The coffee machine didn't work, and the drain didn't work in the bathroom, so either you flood the floor, or take a very short shower. The fan is in the toilet, but none is present in the bathroom. No fridge was present in the room. The interior is beautiful, and great details in a big family room.

very bad experience

The hotel info that reception desk open until 10 pm. We arrived at 9 pm and the front desk is close. We try to call the hotel and nobody pick up. We try to wait and press the bell for 1 hour and nobody show up. It is very hard to find another hotel in this small city so we end up booking another hotel in another area for twice the price. We complain to hotels.com and the answer is they also can not teach the hotel because nobody answer the phone. After a week they said that the hotel will not refund us. Very disapointed.

Frühstücksmenü hervorragend! Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit! Familienfreundlich!!!! Die Zimmer leider zu alt, mit altem Teppichboden Badezimmer mit PVC Belag an den Wänden. Das Bett. Die Matratze alt und Lattenrost kaputt, es fehlten einige Latten!!! Der Zimmerpreis zu hoch für die 60-70ziger Ausstattung.

Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, due Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe nachzufüllen, wenn etwas alle ist. Das Zimmer war in der zweiten Etage. Die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung fürchterlich geknarrt. Das selbe bei den Fussbodendielen. Das Bad wurde wohl renoviert. Leider hat man wohl das Fenster zuletzt vor einem Jahr geputzt. Die Ecken der Dusche waren von innen schwarz, schon ekelig. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Es gab keine Klimaanlage bzw. auch keinen Lüfter, so mussten wir bei 34 Grad schwitzen, schlafen ging kaum. Das Fenster konnte man nur seitlich öffnen, es wackelte schon sehr. Auf Kipp ging gar nicht. Von der Straße waren die Autos sehr laut zu hören, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Der Biergarten wurde erst ab 18 Uhr geöffnet. Fazit: für diese Unterkunft war für uns das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis nicht in Ordnung. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Leider war das Doppelbett mit zwei verschiedene Matratzen belegt, verschieden in der Höhe und Härte und von schlechter Qualität. Das Kopfkissen war sehr unbequem. Wir haben dadurch schlecht geschlafen. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr lecker und am Abend haben wir gut gegessen.

Super schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Restaurant und schönen Biergarten. Die Lage in dem Ort ist auch echt super. Durch den angrenzenden Wanderweg ist man schnell bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Das Heidehotel Bockelmann liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Vor dem Hotel sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Check in ( und auch der Check out) war völlig unproblematisch. Der allgemeine Bereich für die Gäste war sehr schön gestaltet das Restaurant sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich toll, es blieben keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Hierfür gibt es fünf von fünf Sternen. Was nicht so schön war, sind die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmer. Nachdem der Empfangsbereich so schön gestaltet war, waren die Zimmer etwas ernüchternd. Außerdem auch sehr hellhörig. Natürlich ist die Raumtemperatur von den eigenen Referenzen abhängig aber uns war es zu warm in den Zimmern. Wir hatten die Heizung runtergestellt, aber nach ein paar Stunden stand sie wieder auf „zu warm“. Alles in allem haben das tolle Frühstück und das freundliche Personal die kleinen Fehler wieder wett gemacht.

Wir haben uns auch beim 3. Mal wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder her! Eine klasse Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr leckerem und gut bestücktem Frühstück sowie gemütlichen Betten. Bei unserer Ankunft war nicht alles sauber - nicht so wild, aber man hat noch etwas gesehen. Das haben wir am nächsten Tag nochmal mit gegeben und dann war auch alles sauber! Frühstück hat uns auch gut gefallen, auch wenn wir keine Frühaufsteher sind im Urlaub (Frühstück von 8-10 Uhr) wurde unser Tag dadurch bereichert! Super Auswahl, von Rührei mit Speck über Croissants hin zu selbstgemachten Marmeladen war alles da. Kleiner Wermutstropfen war für uns nur die Bettwäsche, die war nicht so unser Fall. Das Bett selbst ist zumindest im Komfort Zimmer aber sehr bequem. Der Fernseher hat smarte Funktionen, die nicht funktionierten, das hatten wir vergessen zu erwähnen. Da wäre vielleicht nochmal eine Überprüfung nötig. Alles in allem gibt es aber 5 Sterne von uns!

Find et andet sted med sjæl..det her er en fabrik

Det var ikke charmerende, det ser moderne ud i restauranten hvad der også er, men maden er ikke særligt god. Det hele er effektivt men sjæleløst.
