Burnt out lightbulbs in the bathroom and bedrooms. * Parking instructions did NOT include those cars parked outside in the "marked parking spot, or guest parking" MUST have a parking permit. "This is a wonderful property in the Padre Island area of Corpus Christi. There's tons of space and great amenities... The deck and dock are great plusses. I'm sure Vacasa property management would be more than capable of handling any issues but communications seemed a little impersonal compared to other properties I've rented."

"Spent the Memorial Day weekend with 5 fishermen. Plenty of room for everyone. The place is clean and neat and has everything you need. 2 1/2 bathrooms meant access was easy for showering after a long day on the water. Boat slip right out the back door is so awesome! Launched on Friday and took the boat out on Monday!"
