"Extras that most hotels don't offer include a wonderful sauna and osem (hot bath), sake or wine at night. Clean room (but small for 2 people). Great locker room for luggage."

"Excellent experience staying here. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing, and you can even choose from Japanese or Western. It came as a set. The onsen is pretty decent. As a spa hotel, look out for its full repertoire of bathroom provisions which even included moisturising milk! Oh, they even had samurai props which you can use & take photos with! Definitely value for money & a wonderful experience!"

"The room was immaculate, so were the toilets. I miss some utensils to help with in room breakfast. The only real down was the accessibility. It wasn’t the simplest place to reach. Still worth the stay"
