"Mark was super friendly and available to give us an initial tour of the property and to answer questions about activities, grocery store, etc. We love the little town and it's residents who all know Mark. The views from the property are breath-taking and day trips to adjacent areas convenient. The price to rent the property was outstanding. Parking was available but not close. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "
