Super Ausstattung, super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Biscarrosse Plage, 100m zum Strand Central, 100m in die Fußgängerzone. Tolle Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts, bequemes Bett und schöner Westbalkon mit Blick aufs Meer.

Perfekte Lage!

Die Wohnung ist für Paare perfekt: Zentrale Lage, großer Balkon mit Blick zum Meer, moderne Ausstattung, eigener Autostellplatz. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Très propre, calme, meublé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié le choix judicieux des livres mis à disposition. Bonne exposition, terrasse agréable face au soleil couchant. Place de parking non négligeable. Et par dessus tout, notre hôte Philippe nous a accueilli très gentiment en nous faisant part de conseils avisés.

Appartement de qualité remarquablement situé

L'appartement est très confortable, meublé avec goût. Il comprend toutes les commodités. Il est très bien situé face à l'océan et tout proche du centre de la station. Nous avons bien apprécié le balcon. La place de parc dans le parking fermé est appréciable. Biscarosse est une station agréable et vivante. Parmi les nombreux restaurants, nous recommandons le restaurant l'Archipel pour ses poissons.

Le paradis existe!!!

Cet appartement est une merveille! Il est très bien agencé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très fonctionnel... Rien ne manque! La vue de la terrasse est époustouflante (vue sur l'océan). Les commerces sont vraiment très proches (petite rue très commerçante à 100 mètres de l'appartement) boulangerie (pain excellent) restaurant (surtout le 5 th avenue que nous recommandons fortement), petit magasins de souvenirs... Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente plus que bien... Les photos sont à 100% conforme à la réalité. Nous recommandons très fortement cette location. Un grand merci à Philippe pour son accueil et ses conseils pour les visites... Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans ce petit coin de paradis!!! Kathleen & Julien

Brigitte et Alain P. Cet été, nous avons passé trois semaines à BISCARROSSE (20 août au 10 septembre 2016) Une première semaine dans une autre location où nous n’avons jamais pu dormir (Chaleur, chambres avec des fenêtres inexistantes ou trop petites ne permettant pas une bonne ventilation, bruits liés à la discothèque). Aussi, lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans l’appartement T2,de la résidence Palombaggia, loué par Philippe PASCUTTO nous avons tout de suite compris que nous serions aux anges. Effectivement l’appartement, agencé avec beaucoup de goût, donne l’impression de grandeur. On y est bien et le balcon, spacieux, donne une vue superbe. Quoi de plus agréable que de prendre les trois repas sur le balcon. Quel plaisir et quelle différence de se retrouver dans un appartement super équipé ! Le propriétaire met même à notre disposition quelques livres pour satisfaire notre curiosité régionale et est à notre écoute. En résumé, nous avons été enchantés de ces deux semaines passées dans cet appartement où nous avons dormi sans bruit environnant. Situation idéale, proche de tous les commerces, de la plage, de la vie de la station, sans en avoir les inconvénients. Nous ferons tout pour séjourner chez Philippe si nous revenons à Biscarrosse. Un appartement soigné dans les moindres détails, impeccable de propreté, une situation idéale près des commerces de grande qualité. Le poissonnier n'a pas qu'un étal qui vous met l'eau à la bouche: l'humour et la gentillesse sont là. Chez le boulanger, à la ravissante boutique "planète plage", la beauté de la plage, la dune verte tout semble fait pour le bonheur de partager cette belle nature, l'apéritif du Pêcheur à "Lou Spot" chez Vincent & Laurence. merci pour cette "parenthèse enchantée". Trés bonnes appréciations quant à cette location.

Les informations qui nous ont été précisées quant à la situation de l'appartement, sa description ont été tout à fait conforme à la réalité. C'est un très bel appartement, meublé et décoré avec goût, dans lequel tout le confort nécessaire était prévu dans les moindres détails. Très bien situé quant aux activités, attractions et restaurations sans pour autant en avoir les inconvénients du bruit. Je recommanderais donc avec grand plaisir cette location à des connaissances.
