"Very charming hotel"

"Breakfast was plentiful and premium quality. The waiter was paying much attention to serving one table it would have been nice if he had paid just as much attention to all tables. However, the experience with the room and reception staff was first class"

"The hotel is very dated and not sound proof at all. There were almost 70 kids on a school trip that were out of control and running around all the halls. I had a group staying in the room above mine that were banging moving things around and screaming! I had to go down to reception around 11:30 pm because coincidentally my phone didn't work (I believe that was on purpose, so no one could call down to complain). No apologies, even the next morning. They acted like we were the problem and they didn't care. The kids didn't stop the noise until 2:30am! If the hotel is going to accommodate students, then they should not book regular clients! Breakfast was ok. Also, didn't see any hot tub."

"Such a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and would go out of their way to help you. They even came looking for us when we got lost on a bike ride! Our room was lovely and the whole place has been restored bewutifully in a way that oozes rustic charm with modern comforts. I loved the no chlorinated pool. The surrounding birds and the almond, orange and olive trees make it a little paradise. Great for bird spotting too. The place is so peaceful that the only noise we heard at night was the Eurasian thick knee (yes, we had to look it up too). An extraordinary bird! The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Minor faults were an undercooked boiled egg and an overcooked tuna steak, but all in all the food was very good and delivered by such friendly, guest focussed staff that I didn't like to complain. We hope to return!"

"Good place to stay"

"This hotel is beautiful. I hope to return for a longer stay. It’s a beautiful old piazza, fully renovated with modern accessories in a very elegant way. Breakfast was great, pool beautiful, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and free. Sadly, I didn’t get to visit the spa but nearby Ragusa Ibla was fantastic. This hotel is 10/10."

"It was a outstanding place in Ragusa.The house and everything around it was fantastic. We were 14 in total With 9adults and five children everyone had an amazing time in the house With eating and playing around the pool.Many thanks for letting us stay!"
