Just the right balance of historical charm and modern convenience. Beautiful, well-appointed, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. Very close to downtown Bisbee but out of the chaos. We look forward to staying here again.

Loved the custom painting! Beautifully decorated with antiques. Bathroom & kitchen have quality new updates. We are so glad we found this true gem!
The property is exactly as described and thoughtfully appointed. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. Being just slightly out of town made it very peaceful especially sitting out on the deck in the afternoon. The steps weren’t too bad and street parking was available. I wish we could have stayed another day.
My brother and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, fully stocked with supplies, and very charming. The host hosts were very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!
Such a clean, organized, and charming home! We loved each terraced sitting area and made it a point to enjoy them all. The home was perfectly stocked, and extremely comfortable for our family of 4 and pup!
One of our favorite rentals thus far!
Four members of my family stayed here for two nights. We were given very clear instructions about where to park and how to get in. The hosts here were very quick with messaging me back when I had questions. The property itself is beautiful. Everything was very clean and very well equipped. The updated bathroom was appreciated after having stayed at other rentals in the city with gross bathrooms. I would love to go back for another stay. Great experience!!
The Painted Lady in Bisbee is THE place to stay. The location is perfect, just a mile or so down the hill from old town Bisbee. There was safe on-street parking for my (large) car too. The home is fabulous, extraordinarily clean throughout, and the Owners have tastefully appointed it with period-correct furnishings that brings back the past from those many decades ago. We especially liked the trees on the property, situated on three separate levels, allowing just the right sun and shade. There are plenty of chairs and tables on each level, where you can lay out for the sun or just relax in true tranquility. The Painted Lady is not overdone, it's just right and you'll love it if you are appreciative of history. The best of all are the hosts. Very fast response to any of my questions, and they responded to my inquiries within minutes! Outstanding home, and outstanding hosts. I cannot possibly write enough good comments about our experience at The Painted Lady!
We booked The Painted Lady for our short trip to Bisbee to visit the town where I was born and lived in for 12 years! This house is absolutely gorgeous and the owners have done such a beautiful job of restoring it. Everything in it takes you back to the good old days! The furniture and decor are stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice!
Besides being beautiful, there is any and everything you need in the house. Our first night, we didn’t even have to go to the store as coffee/tea was provided. The attention to detail is exceptional! Communication with the owner was quick and painless. We had concerns about parking our car and we’re assured it would be safe! I’m happy to say, we had no issues. The area where the house is located is a great location for touring around Bisbee. The view from the porch is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things, you will not be disappointed!
Spent 2 days/nights in Bisbee at the lovely Painted Lady. It was exactly as promoted, actually better. So charming. Remodeled but much of the house kept the old country charm. Very nice, large kitchen and bathroom, both completely updated. Multiple terraces for nice views and quiet sitting areas. Even a gas firepit. Fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. No grass, but there is a little park about 1 block away that was perfect. Plenty of street parking in front of the home. We really liked the location. Would be a long walk to Old Town Bisbee, but a 4 minute drive. We liked that it was close but not in the heart of the crowds and traffic. The owners were fantastic. Very communicative and helpful. Offered many recommendations on things to do and where to eat. BTW we tried Banshee Pizza and Taqueria Outlaw, not impressed. Highly recommend the Main Street Bistro and Bisbee Breakfast Club. Some of the best service we've ever had at each of these establishments, and the food was great! And big portions. We recommend the Queen Mine tour and the Saturday Farmers Market in Warren. Next time in Bisbee, we would certainly stay at the Painted Lady. It was just what we needed.
First, the communication and detail given by the owners were exceptional. Before we arrived, we knew everything we needed to know, and the owner labeled everything in the house so you knew where everything was and where it needed to go when leaving. The house is a beautiful mix of historic Bisbee, matched with just enough modern upgrades for a comfortable stay. I will be returning to Bisbee for more adventures, and I won't look anywhere else for a place to stay!
