"Great location and friendly staff"

"We were allowed our room early which very helpful. The room was beautiful, wonderful and modern. Comforters and soft pillows. Staff were always pleasant. Breakfast had everything we wanted-hard boiled eggs, scrambled, bacon and sausages, cereals, vegetables and meats and cheeses, breads, croissants and hard rolls; many choices of drinks(hot and cold). If you use public transport get off at Shoppi Tivoli and follow the signs."

"All good"

"Hotel très propre et proche de l’aéroport de Zurich. Je recommande vivement"

"まずロビーがおしゃれなバーの中にあって素敵な雰囲気でした。駅からも近く非常に便利です。お部屋はやや狭かったですが清潔でマーシャルのBluetoothスピーカーもあったりして居心地の良い空間でした。 ただ冷蔵庫や飲料水がないのが不便でした。何故かギターアンプが置いてありましたが、置くなら冷蔵庫にして欲しかったです。"

"Great location and room size."

"The hotel is very well situated near train/bus and shopping. Smaller but clean well organized rooms. Breakfast is very good with made to order eggs and omelettes. Staff are very friendly and helpful with organizing day."

"I had a wonderful stay, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding, making the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend FIVE Zurich to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience!"

"Really lovely staff especially Natalie at front desk. We enjoyed our stay. I have taken one star off as the hotel has cladding outside so there was no view but aside from that it was great."
