" Lovely overlooking the garden and lake area. Needed freshening up and replacing things in some areas that looked grubby. The house can accommodate 10 in the 5 bedrooms so would recommend more seating in lounge as there wasnt enough room to comfortably sit for 8. Also could do with extra chairs in kitchen. Location generally good but if booking taxis book in advance. "

"All fine and dandy. Room and decor a little dated but super clean and everything we needed. All staff were really friendly but the star is the incomparable Linda. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. She is the reason I would stay again. Thankyou"

"Good standard of apartments with everything you need. Corridors are noisey with doors slamming. Outside, Birmingham maket, busy from 2am with crate deliveries. Otherwise no compaints, comfy bed, plenty of room for a short city break."
