"Lovely home in a nice neighborhood that's spitting distance from shops, restaurants, and other parts of Birmingham. The interior was clean and just as photographed. Hosts were welcoming and communicated with me in a timely manner and were friendly/polite! My only issue is more of a personal comfort thing but the bed in the room at the top of the stairs is *very* firm so be aware of that when you book. Otherwise, I quite enjoyed my stay. " Lovely overlooking the garden and lake area. Needed freshening up and replacing things in some areas that looked grubby. The house can accommodate 10 in the 5 bedrooms so would recommend more seating in lounge as there wasnt enough room to comfortably sit for 8. Also could do with extra chairs in kitchen. Location generally good but if booking taxis book in advance. "

"The host Aran was very helpful when booking as I didn't know the area and wanted to be close to another group. He answered the phone immediately when I called to ensure I could park in the street. The property is set back from the main road up a quaint little pathway so very quiet being we were literally 10 minutes walk from everywhere we wanted to be. There is parking although limited. It's much better to walk than catch a taxi as the one way streets and traffic take time. The accommodation...
