"Was so excited to visit the Grande hotel but sadly disappointed. We went for drinks in the bar where we met with our adult kids for a drink but were so disappointed. Not enough staff, the staff that were there were so rushed drinks kept being dropped or smashed, we waited around 40 mins to be served ..."
