"The hotel had about 10 parking spaces in front but they rented those out to a dealership to make extra money. So we had to use the underground parkade. We went out for supper and were told that parking is free by a receptionist who barely spoke German, the next morning we were charged 22 CHF for the parkade."

"The rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Our only issue was at check-in. Although booked, paid in full prior to arrival by a month, and confirmed. The hotel did not have our reservation. They said sometimes their system drops Expedia reservations. This was a bit stressful as we had to prove payment with the confirmation email and our bank statement. Luckily they had rooms available and we were able to get what we needed at no additional cost. The stay went well other than the issue at check-in."

"Clean and modern but no information about facilities given and no breakfast included in the price , asked for a taxi to airport when leaving was told to get one outside , the driver charged us double what it cost to get to the hotel ."

"Location was excellent .. close to the river, station, restaurants and shops. Lovely breakfasts with local produce. Staff were helpful and informative. Room overlooked the church. Only thing was the room airconditioning which didn't have a thermostat and it was very hot."

"this is a fantastic choice if you’re looking to stay in zurich city centre!! really it’s the best location for walking around some of the city’s most famous streets, including the shopping ones! the hotel itself is in a lovely little square and looks very picturesque from the outside, with the shutters and beautiful pastel coloured buildings. the area around it feels safe, even when i went out on walks by myself as a young woman, and the square next door has a lovely looking greek restaurant and japanese restaurant not so far away! also close to the river ☺️ the staff were helpful and always friendly and the rooms are decorated in a lovely way and the views outside the windows are bery picteresque yet again! such an amazing location, style and efficieny of a hotel and i recommend staying here !"
