"Wonderful new hotel with cozy rooms, great views, and very tasteful interior and exterior design. We had dinner in their restaurant and the food was remarkably good, topped only by extremely attentive and swift service. My husband used the gym, which is on the smaller side but brand new, Rooms are quiet, mattress was excellent and firm - we slept very well. Overall a superb hotel in the hills above the Rhine. Highly recommend!"
"The person at the check in counter was very helpful. The rest of the staff was unhelpful, rude, and at one point one of the women servers bumped into my disabled friend almost knocking him over.
That’s pretty much what you can expect from this down at the heels, poorly run hotel. The website offered breakfast, and WiFi - but neither were available. My room had no hot water in the sink, dirty floors, and paper thin towels.
This was the last hotel in town not booked- that should have sounded...
