"Very convenient location about a 10-minute walk from the train station and centrally located near the main attractions in downtown Strasbourg. We opted for the daily breakfast option and it was high quality. Our room was very quiet. A very nice stay."

"Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean and fresh. My room looked out onto the main road but, with the windows closed, i couldn't hear much from outside. There is air conditioning available but I did not use it as it was autumn weather. Very conveniently situated, being close to the station and the old parts of the city"

"We had the two bedroom apartment for four nights. The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the old part of the city. A main tram stop (Homme de Fer) is a very short walk away. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was generally well equipped, with some minor omissions in the kitchen (no spatula, no serving spoon, no small plates, hardly any washing up liquid provided, no soap powder for the washing machine, I had to ask for a chopping board), Little things, but they were kind of irritating. The staff were helpful and responsive. The main problem with this otherwise very good apartment is its location in the building. It is on the ground floor with the entry door directly opposite the hotel breakfast room. Despite this, it is generally well soundproofed except for one notable exception. From about 7am to 9am every morning in either of the two bedrooms the sound of chairs being constantly dragged on the breakfast room floor was very audible. And as irritating as fingernails on a blackboard. This could be solved, I would think, by carpeting the breakfast room."
