"De fleste besøger nok hotellet i sommerhalvåret for at besøge dyreparken. Derfor kunne det være rart at der var små køleskabe på værelserne så man kunne få kølige (ikke dyre) drikkevarer. Ligeledes kunne det være rart med et sted man kunne fryse sine køleelementer. Jeres tjenere ved morgenmaden har travlt og er dygtige - men de ser godt nok ikke ud til at kunne lide deres jobs. En rampe til førstesal så det ikke kun er trapper uden heis."

"The staff were lovely and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size, though a bit more shelving in the bathroom would be handy for the toiletries. The kettle could do with being on a different tabltor have a longer cable, as you had to either unplug it, or move the cup down to where you could pour. The only other issue, is that the main menu stops at 6 p.m., there are other choices for the next hour, then it closes at 8 p.m. The TV also was problematic, as it gave sound but no picture. Eventually for some reason it actually showed the picture, but it took a good 10 minutes of trying all the buttons, getting annoyed with it and throwing it onto the bed!"

"Room was great, once the awesome staff sorted one out that the door opened. Be warned, if you get room 247 it sound like it has a problem child lock that they know about. Check-in was super easy using the kiosk, and staff were there to help (with a very dry sense of humor). Very happy with my stay."

"I liked the hotel, I (being a semi-regular) always like this hotel. However, the switches for electricity in my room were poorly planned (or I could not figure out how to use them). Kind of strange that hotel management has not addressed this issue. Other than that, a very nice hotel."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The convenience to Dyreparken cannot be beat! We had all of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and were not disappointed. The table agreed that that their coffee machine is great! We even had a emergency happen while at the hotel with our two year old getting injured while at the hotel (not the hotel's fault, just an accident) and the hotel staff was amazing! Many people on staff jumped in to help along the way, and two of them even offered to drive me and my son to the emergency room since my husband was away from the hotel at the time. When we got back to the hotel after my son getting a few stitches the dinner staff checked in on us again and made sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! Regarding the rooms, they have everything you need. The bunkbed rooms are more fun because they are more themed, but we had no issues with cleanliness, or anything like that. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will be back again again some time in the future. "
