"My room was double booked. I didn’t get any accommodation. I was told to leave. I was told that I will be fully refunded by Hotel.com. Thus far I have not been informed of any refund by Hotels.com. I am still waiting for my money.. "

"I booked the Superior Sea Room that included breakfast just to be told by the staff after sitting down for breakfast according to their list I chose the self-catering option. As a Gold member I also got a good discount and it was supposedly a VIP property. His reaction was that he only looks on the Nightbridge...

"The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the air conditioning/heating system was not working properly, so the room was quite cold."
