"This hotel is experiencing remodeling construction during the hours of 8 a.m. & 8:30 p.m. therefore there was a considerable amount of dust on the carpet & woodwork. I was on the first floor as requested. The hotel was quiet. My room was very clean. Carpet needs upgrade to vinyl flooring. Bathroom feels dated but was clean. Bathroom was not handicapable for someone in a wheelchair. I inquired about joining the Quality Inn rewards program but Ivan at the front desk was not willing to help me due to a love interest who showed up at the same time. He was more interested in smooching with her than helping me a guest. He gave me a card with a phone number on it to call and set up my program. There was a ceiling leak in the front lobby area while we were there that I had to dodge in my wheelchair. Breakfast was fantastic. Eggs, bacon,sausage,waffles, fruit, oatmeal all of the essentials. This hotel will be fantastic when they complete their remodel and the construction workers on the first floor are no longer leaving their room doors open for the world to see."

"Peace and quiet with a great view. Plenty of space inside and out for us and the dogs. The property is enclosed so your dogs can roam and the patio is enclosed if you want to keep them close. Everything worked great. We needed air when we arrived but were using the heater by the time we left. Excellent wifi reception. Lane was very attentive to our needs when we needed help. We saw a coyote and a fox while sitting on the front porch. We were able to make it to the house in our Nissan Rogue but you will be best served if you have an AWD vehicle. GPS won't get you exactly to the house but it will get you to the gate where you need to turn. Be sure to check out the Dairy Shack in town---great food and ice cream. This is the perfect location if you plan on exploring the Ozark National Scenic Riverway. The springs are beautiful and the hikes are pretty short and easy. Lane is a great host."

"Clean, convenient, only two pillows which were OK, just average. Carpeted room. Cold AC. Breakfast pretty minimal fare. Interior doors which we prefer."

Beautiful, secluded cabin in the hills of the Ozarks.

"We loved this secluded cabin! Anica’s directions made it easy to find even though it’s off the beaten path. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch every morning with our coffee listening to the beautiful bird songs and watching the horses graze in the pasture across the drive. In evenings, the porch was a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. The TV reception and internet were good if you don’t want to totally disconnect from the world. We were able to visit some of the Ozark springs, old Mills, walking trails and find yummy ice cream and coffee shops in the surrounding area. Anica and Drew were excellent hosts and we would love to come again some time."

"Very well maintained cabin. Easy access. Host was very responsive to a request to make a minor repair. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only recommendation is for kitchen wash cloths and towels which we could not find."
